By using PromptForge you agree to these terms. They're intentionally short and readable — if something here seems unfair, tell us.

Using the service

You may use PromptForge for personal or commercial learning. You may use prompts from the library in your own work, including commercially, with no attribution required. You may not scrape the site at scale, resell access, attempt to breach security, or use it to build a directly competing prompt library.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, spam other users, or post illegal content.

Content you create

You retain full ownership of notes, prompts and other content you create. By publishing content publicly (for example submitting a prompt to the community library) you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it on the platform. You can remove it at any time.

Our content

Course material, written explanations, and the design of the platform are our copyright. Individual prompts in the library are free to use. You may quote and link to our content with attribution; you may not republish courses wholesale.

Accuracy and no warranty

AI moves fast. Model capabilities, pricing and context limits change frequently, and our tools give estimates — the token counter approximates, the cost calculator uses editable defaults, the context calculator uses common values. Always verify against official provider documentation before making financial or technical decisions. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptForge is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including API costs incurred, decisions made on the basis of our estimates, or loss of data. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Third-party services

We link to and integrate with third-party AI providers. We're not responsible for their content, pricing, availability or terms. Some links may be affiliate links — see our About page for how we handle that.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site and by email to account holders.
