Frequently asked questions
How does the prompt optimizer work?
It analyses your prompt against the five-part framework — role, context, task, format and constraints — then rewrites it with each part labelled, carrying over anything you already specified and inserting placeholders for what is missing. It is rule-based and runs entirely in your browser, so it is free and instant.
Why does the output contain [BRACKETS]?
Bracketed placeholders mark details only you can supply: your audience, your length limit, your tone. The optimizer cannot invent them, and guessing would make the prompt worse. Filling them in is what takes the score to 100.
Does this send my prompt anywhere?
No. All analysis and rewriting happens in JavaScript in your browser. Nothing is transmitted, logged or stored.
